What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and the city you live in.
The role you are applying for and your experience in the trade.
Licences and certifications you hold — CDL class, OSHA cards, competent person, confined space, flagger and similar.
A resume, if you choose to attach one, and anything else you write in the form.

Please do not send us information about your health, race, religion, or other sensitive categories. We do not need it to consider your application.

How we use it

To consider you for the role you applied for.
To consider you for other openings across the companies in the group — one application reaches all of them.
To contact you about your application.

Who sees it

Your application is received by the group’s hiring contact and shared with the hiring manager at the company with the matching opening — AMT, Blueocean, A3 Mechanic or Magellan Utilities Construction.

Background checks and drug testing
