Most safety training in this trade is generic construction content with a utility slide bolted on. Ours comes out of an operation that runs rigs every day — the hazards in it are the ones our own superintendents wrote up last month.

That is also the test of whether it works: our crews take it first. If a module does not hold up in the field, it gets fixed before anyone outside the group ever sees it.
